About Us

The nursery is located in a quiet side street five minutes walk from the village centre and park. The building is a detached, single storey building with purpose built extensions.

The accommodation comprises of :-

Large toddler room – for children aged around 2 ½ years to rising 5 years

Leading off it are the children’s toilets / nappy changing area.

Smaller baby room – for children 6 months to around 2 ½ years with child’s toilet area and nappy changing area leading from it.

Both the baby and toddler room children also have constant free access to the outside play area.

This comprises of a large play area with soft flooring and astro turfed play area to the rear of the building, with a large selection of outdoor toys, bikes, cars, scooters, climbing frame, slides, bats, balls, hoops, ‘music tree’ and numerous educational activities.

We also have two purpose built covered play areas so children can access outside and fresh air whatever the weather.

Our aim is to make the outside as interesting and educational as the inside.

The interior rooms are well equipped and have been decorated to create a bright, cheerful environment for the children to learn through play.

There are a wide variety of educational toys and play equipment to ensure all aspects of the children’s learning and development are catered for.

Staff room / office, kitchen, staff toilet, reception area, milk kitchen and storeroom are all situated at the rear of the building.
