Securing Places / Payment of Fees

If you would like to secure a place for your child a £100.00 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure a place. This will be deducted from the first month’s fees. Parents can choose which is their preferred method of payment, cash, standing order, via childcare choices website or card. However, we must stress that payment must be a month in advance. You will be required to fill in a Parents Fee Agreement form which stipulates quite clearly methods of payment, discounts for second child, holiday discounts and illness payment etc.

Extra sessions may be booked in addition to your child’s regular hours at a cost of £5.00 per extra hour.
